Finally we are able to offer our customers our extra aged Gouda. Aged for a full 24 months. This gouda is both intense and complex. Like fine wine maturity has been generous to this Gouda. The texture is brittle, like a Parmiggiano Reggiano. The taste is rich and packed with flavour and a sweet caramel finish. This cheese can be grated or chunked and enjoyed with your favourite full bodied red wine. After tasting this extra aged Gouda you will not go back. For those that are lactose intolerant the aged and extra aged Gouda Cheese are a good one to try because the lactaid has been broken down making the cheese easier to digest.
