Where to Find Milk
Dr. John Church, assistant professor at Thompson River University, along with some of his students, have been researching the levels of CLA in grass-fed beef and dairy products. They have tested some of our cheese as a part of their testing. They have found higher levels of CLA in our products (and other grass-fed products), than they had expected.
